Job Description:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide support for a client with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in Norristown, PA. We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide support for a client with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in Norristown, PA. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to a client with IDD
- Assist with daily living activities and routines
- Support community engagement and social activities
- Ensure the client’s safety, comfort, and well-being
- Follow care plans and document services as required
Requirements:
- Experience working with individuals with IDD preferred
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Schedule:
- Approximately 30–35 hours per week
