The Sportsbook Agents (Ticket Writers) play a critical role in delivering an outstanding customer experience at our sportsbook. You will process wagers, answer questions, ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, and provide timely, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, friendly and patient support to customers.
Qualifications & Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience as a ticket writer in a sportsbook required.
- Must be 21+ years of age and able to obtain and maintain a Nevada gaming registration.
- Willingness to learn new technology.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and math skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, any shift, including weekends and holidays.
- Part-time or full-time position available, full-time position is benefits eligible.
. Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand at the sportsbook counter for a prolonged period of time; 8+ hour shift.
- Regularly lift, move, push, and pull objects weighing at least 30 pounds without assistance.
- The noise level in the work environment can be loud and smoky.
Compensation: $16.00 per hour
