ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Ngoc Phung - State Farm Agent is seeking a motivated Inside Customer Support Specialist with an active Property & Casualty (P&C) license and at least one year of insurance industry experience. Vietnamese-English bilingual skills are highly valued to better serve our diverse client base.
In this role, you will assist insurance agents by supporting customers with their insurance needs, providing excellent service, and managing policy documentation. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide knowledgeable support on insurance policies, coverage options, claims, and billing inquiries
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including assisting Vietnamese-speaking clients
- Support insurance agents with policy management and customer service tasks
- Conduct needs-based conversations to help customers understand insurance options
- Accurately maintain records and documentation in agency systems
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Minimum 1 year insurance industry experience, preferably in customer service or inside support
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Motivated to meet goals and contribute to agency growth
- Willingness and ability to obtain a Life insurance license in the future
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Base salary: $45,000 to $58,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
- Performance-based bonuses and commission opportunities

SCHEDULE:
- Full-time position with standard office hours.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
