Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Tenant Liaison / Property Manager to oversee apartment complexes throughout the Capital Region. This role focuses on maximizing occupancy, maintaining positive tenant relations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day property operations.

Responsibilities:·

Advertise available apartments and conduct weekly showings, placing new tenants.· Respond promptly to tenant repair requests.· Collect rent and handle minimal legal filings.· Schedule and oversee routine maintenance and property upkeep.· Manage lease renewals.· Order repair materials and supplies as needed.· Assist with light accounts payable tasks and filing.

Qualifications:·

Previous property management or leasing experience preferred.· Strong organizational and communication skills.· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.· Strong understanding of apartment maintenance and turnover processes.· Knowledge of local rental laws and regulations is a plus.
