As an Insurance Sales Representative with Kaffenberger Family Agency, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping individuals and families find insurance solutions that fit their needs. We are looking for a motivated, outgoing professional who enjoys connecting with people, creating opportunities, and taking ownership of their success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and client outreach
  • Connect with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations
  • Explain coverage options clearly and help clients make informed decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships through consistent follow-up and communication
  • Assist clients with policy changes, questions, and ongoing insurance needs
  • Maintain accurate client information and manage sales activities effectively
  • Work toward individual and agency goals while delivering a positive customer experience
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Previous experience in sales, insurance, customer service, or relationship-based roles preferred
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve goals and grow professionally
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
  • Active Property & Casualty license preferred, but not required for the right candidate
