As an Insurance Sales Representative with Kaffenberger Family Agency, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping individuals and families find insurance solutions that fit their needs. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and client outreach
- Connect with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations
- Explain coverage options clearly and help clients make informed decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships through consistent follow-up and communication
- Assist clients with policy changes, questions, and ongoing insurance needs
- Maintain accurate client information and manage sales activities effectively
- Work toward individual and agency goals while delivering a positive customer experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Previous experience in sales, insurance, customer service, or relationship-based roles preferred
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve goals and grow professionally
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Active Property & Casualty license preferred, but not required for the right candidate

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
