Nova Water & Air is seeking a reliable and organized Call Center / Dispatch Coordinator to support our sales and marketing operations. This role focuses on managing inbound and outbound communication with prospective customers while ensuring a smooth flow of qualified appointments for our sales representatives.

The ideal candidate is professional on the phone, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with CRM systems while coordinating schedules and dispatching appointments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective customers
  • Qualify prospects generated through events, retail locations, and marketing campaigns
  • Confirm appointments with prospects before dispatching sales representatives
  • Schedule sales consultations and product demonstrations
  • Route and dispatch confirmed appointments to the appropriate sales representatives or locations
  • Track lead status, confirmations, and outcomes within company CRM systems
  • Support marketing performance through timely follow-up and accurate lead data management

Qualifications

  • Strong phone communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and schedules simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM systems or lead tracking tools preferred
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
