ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2017 and has grown into a team of 14. I began my career as a State Farm team member and spent five years learning the business before opening my own agency, which gave me a strong foundation for building a successful and supportive team.

I’m a graduate of Northern Arizona University and fun fact, I'm an identical twin. I’m also happily married and the proud parent of three wonderful children. Family is a huge part of my life and influences the culture we’ve built within our office.

Our agency is very involved with local schools in the community. Every Friday, our office provides donuts for students, and we support and adopt school classes during Christmas. We also help with school field trips and participate in many school activities throughout the year.

For our team, we offer a four-day work week, flexible scheduling, team events, free snacks in the office, a 401(k), health benefits, and licensing paid up front.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Nick Fransioli - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensación: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
