- Prospect & generate leads through outbound calls, emails, referrals, and networking
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to recommend appropriate coverage (auto, home, life, and health)
- Build and maintain relationships to drive renewals, cross-sells, repeat business, and referrals
- Track activity and follow-up to consistently meet and exceed sales goals
- Complete training and licensing preparation to become a fully licensed, top-performing team member
- Sales experience required (insurance experience is a plus, not required)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
- Resilience, persistence, and comfort with goal-based performance
- Customer-first mindset with empathy and strong listening skills
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage time and follow-up effectively
- Comfortable with a base + commission structure where performance drives earnings
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required Washington insurance licenses:
Property & Casualty and Life & Health - Must be eligible to complete all required exams and licensing procedures (training support provided)
- Unlimited earning potential (base pay + commissions + bonuses)
