I attended the University of North Alabama and bring 26 years of experience with State Farm across a variety of roles. I opened my first agency in 2013 and expanded with a second location in 2023. Today, we’re a team of 18 across both offices, focused on growth, collaboration, and strong performance.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Scott Cantrell - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
