ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2008 and is a close-knit team of three who work together in a supportive and positive environment. I’ve been in the insurance industry for over 27 years and bring a deep understanding of the business along with a strong commitment to helping both our customers and team members succeed.

I’m a graduate of National University in San Diego and a proud mother of three accomplished children, as well as a grandmother with another grandchild on the way. Outside of work, I enjoy yoga, spending time with family, and creating a welcoming atmosphere in our pet-friendly office.

We stay very active in the community through charity work and involvement in local programs, including supporting youth baseball and other community initiatives.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Erica Ruiz - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
