We support individuals with autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, sensory differences, OCD, etc. If you've worked as a caregiver, CNA, personal care aide, child care provider, or in a similar role, this is a chance to use your skills in a way that truly impacts families.

Responsibilities
As a caregiver, you will provide personalized one-on-one care to support adults with disabilities in maintaining independence at home.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene)
- Helping with mobility, ambulation, and transfers
- Supporting daily living activities and independence
- Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Accompanying clients to appointments and community activities
- Monitoring client wellbeing and reporting changes
- Following individualized care plans
Qualifications

1+ year caregiving experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Current CPR certification
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Valid driver’s license and reliable insured vehicle
- Ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to assist with mobility and lift, bend squat up to 50 pounds
Preferred Experience
