We are an end-to-end Renewable Energy provider, offering products to commercial and enterprise clients in EV Charging solutions, Fleet Electrification, Solar Micro-grids, Energy storage, Hydroponic farming and Rain Water/Grey Water collection systems. We have been experiencing tremendous growth in all these areas and operate under several government rebate programs that ensure a steady and reliable flow of revenues. Our company handles the entire flow of providing these products and services beginning with Sales, Provisioning, Design and Engineering, Contracting and Construction, Servicing and Maintenance. We are a licensed C-10 contractor and operate construction crews in various areas of CA and soon the rest of the U.S.

The Job Overview
We are seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support our growing operations team. This role will help manage purchasing activities, coordinate with vendors and suppliers, and ensure materials and equipment are delivered on time for clean energy and infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, clearly communicates and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where multiple projects and deadlines are being managed at once.
 
Responsibilities
●        Assist with sourcing materials, equipment, and services for projects
●        Create and manage purchase orders and track order status
●        Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
●        Maintain procurement records, pricing, and supplier information
●        Support project managers with procurement timelines and material planning
●        Review vendor quotes and compare pricing to ensure cost efficiency
●        Communicate and confirm with internal teams regarding order status, delays, or changes
●        Help build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
 
Qualifications and Experience 
●        1–3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or operations support
●        Experience coordinating vendors, purchase orders, or material sourcing
●        Strong organizational and communication skills
●        Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
●        Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general office software
●        Experience in construction, renewable energy, or infrastructure is a plus
●        Ability to follow directions and meet deadlines
