Position Overview
We’re hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative who is currently licensed in Washington State (Property & Casualty). This role is ideal for a licensed insurance professional who enjoys helping customers and is comfortable identifying and asking for additional coverage opportunities. You will support existing customers while actively contributing to agency growth through cross-selling and referrals.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for a licensed insurance professional who enjoys helping customers and is comfortable identifying and asking for additional coverage opportunities. You will support existing customers while actively contributing to agency growth through cross-selling and referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service by phone, email, and in person
- Handle policy servicing: changes, billing questions, and general account support
- Support customers with claims questions and guidance
- Conduct proactive policy/insurance reviews to ensure clients have the right coverage
- Confidently identify needs and recommend additional lines (Auto, Home, Renters, Life, Umbrella, etc.)
- Generate cross-sell opportunities, referrals, and retention solutions
- Collaborate with the team to meet service and growth goals
Qualifications:
- Active Washington Property & Casualty license (required)
- Comfortable discussing coverage and asking for additional business
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Professional, positive, team-first attitude
- Prior insurance or office/customer service experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- $23.00–$25.00/hour (based on experience)
- Plus Commission and performance bonuses
