Caregiver Job Responsibilities
As an in-home Caregiver, you will:
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
- Offer medication reminders and companionship
- Support clients with mobility and safe transfers
- Work in clients’ homes throughout Spokane County, with varying shift times and care needs
Caregiver Job Requirements

Certified Home Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required – we pay for your Caregiver training
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
- Honest, dependable, and caring, with a genuine passion for helping seniors and adults with disabilities
