We are seeking a distinguished board-certified Otolaryngologist (MD/DO) to serve as Chief of Otolaryngology for a high-volume, well-established ENT practice. This executive-level, full-time leadership role offers sub-specialty support for adult patients (Head & Neck, Rhinology, Otology) and general services for pediatric patients, backed by modern clinic facilities, advanced ORs with robotics, and a top-tier Epic EHR system.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the ENT department, including junior staff, faculty, and residency programs.
- Drive academic accomplishments, professional service, and program enhancement.
- Oversee comprehensive ENT services, including head & neck surgery, otology, laryngology, and rhinology.
- Mentor advanced practice providers and participate in medical student/residency education.
- Collaborate with a strong internal referral network and regional medical school partnerships.
- Ensure clinical excellence through modern facilities, Epic EHR, and robust support infrastructure.
Qualifications
- MD/DO with Board Certification in Otolaryngology.
- 5+ years clinical experience; fellowship training preferred.
- Proven leadership experience in developing staff and advancing academic programs.
- Experience in high-volume ENT practice with sub-specialty expertise.

Compensation & Benefits
We offer an exceptional compensation package for executive leadership:
- Base salary: $480,000 – $530,000 per year (RVU model with strong referral network)
- Full benefits, including medical, dental, disability, malpractice (with tail coverage), and 403B retirement with employer match
- Relocation assistance up to $15,000 plus trailing spouse support
- $10,000 physician referral bonus
- Generous PTO, holidays, sick time, CME allowance, licensure/DEA fee coverage
