About the Role:
Join KIDS 'R' KIDS Learning Academy of SOUTHERN HILLS as a Float for our part-time position from 9 am to 3 pm! This exciting role allows you to engage with children in a nurturing environment while supporting our dedicated team in fostering a love of learning.
Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and activities.
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime and structured activities.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for all students.
- Provide support to children with diverse needs and learning styles.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children's progress.
- Help maintain classroom supplies and resources.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Foster positive relationships with children and staff to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent a must, early childhood education coursework a plus.
- Experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Flexible schedule and availability to work part-time hours.
- Background check clearance required for employment.
