We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks and the ability to work collaboratively on construction projects. Full-time, year-round openings. Immediate hire is available. We are currently seeking to hire the following: General laborers, framers, trim carpenters, and siders.

- Assemble and install structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and wallboard.
- Restore damaged structures, ensuring they meet safety and aesthetic standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications.
- Construct frames and other structural components.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
Experience
- Proven experience in carpentry or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading is essential for understanding project requirements.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
