About the Role
We're seeking a Trauma Focused Therapist who is passionate about helping clients heal from trauma and build healthier lives. The ideal clinician has experience providing trauma-focused or trauma-informed therapy and working with PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and related concerns.
Our client care team handles calls, matching, scheduling, and intake forms, while our billing team manages insurance claims and collections. This allows clinicians to focus on what they do best: helping people.
Preferred Licensure
- LMHC or LMHC Intern
- LCSW or LMSW
- LMFT or RMFTI
- Therapists expected to achieve full licensure within six months are encouraged to apply
Qualifications & Desired Experience
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field
- Active clinical or intern-level licensure
- 2+ years of clinical therapy experience preferred
- 2+ years of trauma-focused or trauma-informed therapy experience preferred
- Experience treating PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, or life transitions
- Experience with trauma treatments such as EMDR, TF-CBT, CPT, DBT, or other evidence-based approaches
- Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
- Strong communication skills and professional boundaries
- Experience with EHR systems and insurance-based mental health care
- Ability to successfully complete required Level 2 background screening
What You'll Do
- Complete diagnostic assessments and individualized treatment plans
- Provide trauma-focused, client-centered therapy
- Maintain 27+ client visits per week for full-time clinicians
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Coordinate care with families, providers, case managers, schools, and community supports
- Participate in clinical meetings, consultation, and training
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment

Compensation: $56,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
