Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the handling of customer belongings throughout the restoration process, from initial pack-out to final return
- Assist with transporting items between job sites and the warehouse, ensuring proper care at all times
- Perform physical tasks involving lifting, carrying, and positioning materials in a safe and efficient manner
- Wrap, protect, and organize contents based on job requirements and customer expectations
- Take apart and rebuild furniture when needed during moves and restoration work
- Support emergency response efforts, including water mitigation, drying, and site stabilization
- Set up and break down drying equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, and air scrubbers
- Remove damaged structural materials and assist with tear-out and cleanup following a loss
- Communicate directly with customers on-site to provide updates and address questions
- Safely operate company vehicles, including trucks and trailers, as part of daily responsibilities
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to recieve DOT certification
- Ability to perform demolition work, including climbing, working in extreme temperatures, and in confined spaces.
- Ability to lift 60 lbs.
- Participate in our 24 hours on call rotation, responding to emergency losses after hours and on weekends, as dictated by the on-call schedule.
