Now Hiring: NEMT Dispatcher / Operations Support
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented NEMT Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, communicate professionally, and help ensure smooth daily transportation operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Monitor drivers on the Bambi platform
- Conduct morning driver check-ins and driver readiness checks
- Complete next-day trip confirmations
- Prepare and manage driver schedules
- Conduct weekly vehicle maintenance checks
- Complete daily member surveys
- Monitor driver gas purchases through the RoadFlex account
- Assign drivers to the correct vehicles in Verizon Connect
- Post GasBuddy gas prices for drivers
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using dispatch platforms and technology
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Transportation or dispatch experience preferred
