Private Duty Pediatric LPN 

Starting Pay: $31 per hour

Schedule:
Wednesday 4pm-11pm and Sunday 8am-4pm
Setting: Private Duty Pediatric Home Care (Grove City)

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one pediatric home care for a medically complex child. The patient requires skilled care for a tracheostomy, ventilator, and G-tube. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule in a supportive home environment.

Note: The household includes four friendly dogs, so applicants must be comfortable around pets.


Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled pediatric LPN care in the home setting
  • Perform tracheostomy care and ventilator monitoring
  • Manage G-tube feedings and care
  • Monitor, document, and report changes in patient condition
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment
  • Collaborate with family members and the clinical care team
  • Follow physician orders and established care plans

Qualifications

  • Active Ohio LPN license (required)
  • Experience with trach care, ventilator support, and G-tube care (preferred)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Recent TB test or chest X-ray
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Strong attendance, professionalism, and reliability
