Starting Pay: $31 per hour
Schedule:
Wednesday 4pm-11pm and Sunday 8am-4pm

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one pediatric home care for a medically complex child. The patient requires skilled care for a tracheostomy, ventilator, and G-tube. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule in a supportive home environment.
Note: The household includes four friendly dogs, so applicants must be comfortable around pets.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled pediatric LPN care in the home setting
- Perform tracheostomy care and ventilator monitoring
- Manage G-tube feedings and care
- Monitor, document, and report changes in patient condition
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment
- Collaborate with family members and the clinical care team
- Follow physician orders and established care plans
Qualifications
- Active Ohio LPN license (required)
- Experience with trach care, ventilator support, and G-tube care (preferred)
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Recent TB test or chest X-ray
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Strong attendance, professionalism, and reliability
