Pediatric LPN – Evening Home Care
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled, one-on-one care for a pediatric patient in a home setting. The patient requires tracheostomy (trach) care, and this role is perfect for LPNs who want a consistent evening schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care based on the patient’s approved plan of care
- Assist with personal care and daily activities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment
- Observe, document, and communicate any changes in patient condition
- Follow all documentation and record-keeping requirements
Qualifications
- Active Ohio LPN license
- Experience with trach care required
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Recent TB test or chest X-ray
- Ability to pass background and drug screenings
- Dependable, professional, and compassionate
