BrightStar Care of Columbus is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide hospice and palliative care in home and facility settings. If you’re looking for flexibility, competitive pay, and meaningful patient relationships, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Provide hands-on nursing care focused on comfort and quality of life
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses
- Observe, document, and report changes in condition
- Collaborate with RN Case Managers and interdisciplinary team
- Support patients and families with compassionate communication
- Follow individualized care plans and ensure HIPAA compliance
What We’re Looking For
- Active Ohio LPN license (required)
- 1+ year of nursing experience (hospice or home health preferred)
- Strong clinical and documentation skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
