Client Solutions Associate (Entry-Level, Remote)
Remote | Full-time or Part-time | No experience needed
What this role is about
We’re looking for people who enjoy working with others and want to grow. As a Client Solutions
Associate, you’ll help families get more organized with their finances, build better habits, and move
toward a more secure future. You don’t need experience — we’ll train you.
What you’ll be doing
- Talk with clients and get to know their goals
- Help them understand simple ways to improve their situation
- Follow up and make sure they feel supported
- Work with a team that’s focused on growth and helping people
- Join trainings to keep learning and improving
What we’re looking for
- Good with people and communication
- Positive attitude
- Willing to learn (we’ll teach you everything)
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Customer service or people experience is a plus, but not required
