🎨 What You’ll Do

  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P.® curriculum in a fun and engaging way

  • Create a safe, nurturing, and joyful classroom environment

  • Support each child’s social, emotional, and academic growth

  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members

  • Maintain a clean, organized classroom aligned with Colorado licensing standards

  • Observe and track developmental progress

👶 What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in preschool, daycare, or early childhood education preferred

  • Passion for working with young children and helping them grow

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to create a positive, engaging classroom environment

  • Must meet Colorado state licensing requirements

  • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)

🎓 Bonus Qualifications

  • ECE coursework or degree

  • Experience with structured curriculum and child assessments

⏰ Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday

  • Daytime hours
