We’re looking for a high-level dispatcher who already knows how to run a board, manage multiple technicians, and keep a fast-moving service operation running at full capacity.
If you’ve used ServiceTitan in a high-volume environment and know how to drive revenue through dispatch, this will feel like a step up—not just another job.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch technicians using ServiceTitan based on priority, skill set, and location
- Manage high call volume and same-day service demand
- Optimize routing and technician utilization to reduce downtime and increase revenue
- Monitor technician progress and adjust schedules in real time
- Handle urgent and escalated service requests with speed and accuracy
- Maintain accurate job records, notes, and invoicing within ServiceTitan
- Communicate clearly with technicians, customers, and internal teams
- Track and improve KPIs such as:
- Technician utilization
- Job completion time
- Revenue per technician
- First-time completion rate
- Technician utilization
- Support after-hours or on-call rotation as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience coordinating large teams (15–50+ technicians)
- Background in field service, construction, or skilled trades environments
- Experience with maintenance agreements or recurring service customers
- Strong understanding of scheduling efficiency and route optimization
What You’ll Do
- Own the schedule and dispatch board from start to finish
- Keep technicians productive, moving, and fully utilized
- Handle same-day demand and last-minute changes without breaking flow
- Make real-time decisions that impact revenue and efficiency
- Work directly with leadership to improve performance, not just maintain it
Compensation: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour
