Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and referral sources.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the home care industry.
  • Attend community events and networking functions to promote our services.
  • Analyze marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the management team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Utilize social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Strategize, present, and manage marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years experience in Home Care, Home Health, or Hospice Business Development or Marketing.
  • Proven experience in business development or marketing, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong understanding of the home care industry and its competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and passion for helping others.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
