Caregiver Responsibilities
As a professional Caregiver, your role will include:
- Providing hands-on personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
- Supporting daily living through meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
- Offering companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Providing medication reminders and routine assistance
- Working directly in clients’ homes throughout Spokane County with varying shift schedules
Requirements
To succeed as a Caregiver with Right at Home Spokane, you must meet the following requirements:
- HCA or CNA preferred, but not required — we pay for your training
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check
