Our agency opened in 1990 and is built on a long family tradition with State Farm. I’m a second-generation State Farm agent and knew as early as nine years old that I wanted to have an agency of my own. Today, that legacy continues with two of my sons and my grandson also working in the agency, making this truly a family-run operation.
We’re proud to have a close-knit team of six who support each other and our customers every day. That family atmosphere is at the heart of everything we do. Outside the office, we stay involved in the community through organizations like the Oklahoma City Dream Center, giving back and supporting local families whenever we can.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Janis Yearout - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
