ROLE DESCRIPTION:

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Answer inbound calls/emails/texts and resolve policy questions with empathy and accuracy
- Process policy changes and respond to billing questions
- Support claims reporting and follow up to ensure timely communication
- Document every interaction in our agency management/CRM system
- Identify opportunities to improve coverage and connect customers with a licensed producer when appropriate
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 0-1 year customer service experience (insurance preferred, not required)
- Strong phone presence, clear writing skills, and high attention to detail
- Comfort juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Willingness to obtain/maintain required insurance license(s). (We'll support training)
