We are partnering with a family-owned, industry-leading commercial boiler services company that has proudly served customers for over 80 years. Their reputation is built on exceptional service, technical expertise, and long-standing relationships across the commercial and industrial sectors.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Boiler Installation & Repair Estimator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on boiler experience who wants to move into or continue growing within an estimating and project planning role.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform on-site assessments of commercial and industrial boiler systems to evaluate repair or installation requirements
- Prepare detailed project estimates including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services
- Analyze project scope to identify potential risks, code requirements, and safety considerations
- Review mechanical drawings, system layouts, and specifications
- Collaborate with service teams, project managers, and clients to ensure accurate project planning
- Assist in preparing proposals and supporting project execution
Qualifications

3–5+ years of estimating experience (mechanical contracting, boiler services, or related field preferred)

Hands-on experience with boiler installation, repair, and maintenance strongly preferred
- Knowledge of fuel systems (oil, gas, dual fuel) and combustion equipment
- Experience with steel and cast-iron boilers, piping systems, welding, and mechanical systems
- Familiarity with ASME and NBIC codes
- OSHA and Confined Space certifications are a plus
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
