About the Role:
Join FlyLock Security Solutions as a Locksmith & Access Control Apprentice and kickstart your career in the security industry! Responsibilities:
- Assist in installing, repairing, and maintaining locks and access control systems.
- Learn to troubleshoot and resolve security system issues under the guidance of skilled technicians.
- Support the team in conducting site assessments for security needs.
- Help maintain inventory of tools and supplies necessary for locksmithing tasks.
- Participate in customer service interactions to understand client needs and expectations.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations at all times.
- Gain hands-on experience with key cutting, rekeying, and lock installation.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects to enhance your learning experience.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in locksmithing is a plus.
- Strong interest in security systems and locksmithing as a career.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with clients.
- Basic mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
