We are looking for a proven Commercial Sales Estimator who knows how to win work, price it right, and drive revenue.

What You’ll Do
- Hunt and develop new commercial painting opportunities
- Walk jobs, break down scope, and build accurate, competitive estimates
- Bid from plans, specs, and real-world site conditions
- Build relationships with GCs, property managers, and decision-makers

Close deals — not just send bids
- Own your pipeline and consistently drive revenue growth
- Deliver work that hits margin targets, not just volume
What We Expect (Non-Negotiable)
- 3+ years of COMMERCIAL painting estimating experience
- You understand:
- Production rates
- Labor burden & job costing
- Coatings systems & surface prep
- You’ve bid and WON commercial work
- You’re comfortable being accountable to numbers and results
- You don’t need hand-holding — you execute
What Separates Top Candidates
- You’ve worked with plans & specs regularly
- You’ve built relationships with GCs or property managers
- You know how to balance competitiveness vs. profitability
- You take pride in closing, not quoting
Compensation (Built for Producers)
- Base salary + strong performance-based commission (On Target Earnings - over $100k)
- High upside for closers
- Compensation aligned with closed and collected work
- Vehicle/allowance (as applicable)
- PTO + holidays
