Right at Home Spokane, a family‑owned and award‑winning in‑home care agency, is currently hiring compassionate, dependable, and professional Caregivers for full‑time and part‑time positions. We are looking for Caregivers who are passionate about helping others and committed to providing exceptional in‑home care to seniors and adults in Spokane County.
As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life of our clients by providing personalized, one‑on‑one care in the comfort of their homes.
Competitive Pay: $20–$22 per hour (based on experience and certifications)

Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Provide hands‑on personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
- Support clients with daily activities while promoting independence and dignity
- Travel to client homes throughout Spokane County as a trusted Caregiver
Caregiver Requirements:
- Certified Home Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required — we pay for Caregiver training
- Must have a reliable car, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
- Honest, reliable, and compassionate individual with a strong desire to work as a Caregiver
