- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, shipments, and deliveries
- Receive, sort, and distribute packages
- Submit PTO requests and administrative updates
- Scan and send documentation to headquarters
- Maintain accurate records and office communications
- Order office supplies and manage administrative workflows
- Greet and assist guests, vendors, and subcontractors
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staff support
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office
- Assist with computer setup and system access
- Ensure new hires have tools, accounts, and paperwork ready
- Guide employees through onboarding processes
- Coordinate with IT and leadership
- Provide basic troubleshooting for computers, phones, and office tech
- Submit and monitor IT support requests
- Coordinate equipment repairs and replacements
- Send reminders for vehicle maintenance and service appointments
- Track facility-related appointments and updates
- Assist with scheduling and logistics communication
- Run local errands (bank, post office, vendors)
- Support document transfers between offices
- Assist with occasional pickups and deliveries
- 2+ years of office administration or administrative support experience
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with onboarding or HR-related admin tasks preferred
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently in a small office environment
- Smooth day-to-day office operations
- Well-prepared onboarding experience for new hires
- Timely communication and reminders to staff
- Reliable completion of errands and operational tasks
- Strong coordination between Lynnwood and Vancouver offices
