Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative at State Farm, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, assisting with their insurance needs and providing exceptional service. This role requires a current Property and Casualty license in California (Life and Health preferred), strong communication skills, and a dedication to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with policy changes, claims processing, billing questions, and coverage explanations.
- Educate clients on State Farm products and services to meet their insurance needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with agents and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay current with State Farm products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Current Property and Casualty license in the state of California (required).
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
- Proficient with computer applications and software.
- Commitment to providing superior customer service and maintaining confidentiality.
- Bi-Lingual
