- Ensure pictures, item inventory, and supplies list are obtained.
- Job schedule management and coordination. Collaborating with the Contents Coordinator.
- Deliver thorough, proactive & direct communication with internal staff, customers, and insurance adjusters.
- Meet homeowners and adjusters on-site to assist in issue resolution and provide a professional opinion.
- Ensure proper moving to prevent damages to any personal property or the job site.
- Issue resolution - be the point of contact for customers if they have any questions and/or concerns and resolve those in an effective and timely manner.
- Maintain clean, properly stocked, and organized trucks.
- Manage projects and existing crew.
- Supervise pack-outs/pack-backs and inventory/evaluation of items.
- Warehouse organization.
- This position may assist on demo jobs, if needed.
- This position will require lifting.

- Hourly pay: $20.00 to $24.00/hour based on experience and certifications.

- IICRC Training & Certifications a plus, but not required! (Fire, Water, Odor, Upholstery Restoration)
- Forklift certification a plus, but not required!

- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Have the ability to work overtime, if needed
- Desire to continually learn new things
