Position Overview:
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to support our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping things organized, running smoothly, and is willing to jump in wherever needed.

This is a hands-on support role that includes a mix of administrative tasks and general office upkeep. It’s important that candidates are comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities (including routine cleaning and maintenance) to help keep the office running efficiently day to day.
Responsibilities:
- Run errands and assist with general office needs
- Maintain overall office cleanliness and organization, including routine cleaning tasks (common areas, restrooms, etc)
- Monitor and respond to emails as needed
- Provide support with administrative and computer-based tasks
- Assist with document organization and light office coordination
- Take direction and complete tasks efficiently and thoroughly
- Support the team in maintaining an organized, productive environment
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dependable and able to manage time effectively
- Willingness to take on a variety of tasks, including hands-on and routine work
- Takes instruction well and follows through
- Sharp, proactive, and able to anticipate needs
- Professional communication skills
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, etc.)
- Positive, team-first attitude
Schedule & Compensation:
- Part-time position (flexible schedule; ~20 hours per week)
- Competitive hourly pay
- Potential for growth and expanded responsibilities over time
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
