Join a fast-growing landscaping company in the Eden Prairie area as we expand our residential (70%) and commercial services. We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to generate leads, close high-value projects (lawn care, hardscape, softscape, snow removal), and help build our sales foundation. This is a startup-minded role with uncapped earning potential, a monthly guarantee to bridge slow seasons, and clear growth opportunities as the business scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new residential and commercial leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Conduct site visits, assess customer needs, and present customized proposals for landscaping, lawn maintenance, hardscape/softscape, and snow services.
- Close deals effectively by addressing objections, explaining value, and securing commitments.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with crew leads and operations to ensure smooth project handoffs and customer satisfaction.
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics to hit monthly and annual goals.
- Contribute to company growth by identifying opportunities and providing feedback on services.
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, in landscaping environments.
- Comfortable with performance-based compensation and uncapped earning potential.
- Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver's license with clean record (reliable transportation required).
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a growing company.
- Spanish-speaking skills preferred (helps with crew and client communication).
