We are looking for Tennis Camp Counselors to support our summer camp programs. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with kids, have a passion for tennis, and bring energy, structure, and positivity to the court.
Camp Counselors work alongside our coaching team to ensure a safe, organized, and engaging experience for all participants.
Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and engage groups of children throughout the camp day
- Assist coaches with drills, games, and on-court activities
- Help set up and break down courts and equipment
- Ensure a safe and structured environment at all times
- Manage transitions between activities (tennis, breaks, lunch, etc.)
- Encourage participation, teamwork, and positive behavior
- Communicate with coaches and staff regarding any issues or concerns
- Serve as a positive role model for all campers
Qualifications
- Interest in tennis (playing experience preferred, but not required)
- Experience working with children is a strong plus
- Energetic, positive, and reliable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to take direction and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Must be responsible and punctual
Compensation: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
