👉 Program Facilitator / Life Skills Instructor  Need for a Part-Time Federal Program.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Facilitator / Life Skills Instructor to lead structured group sessions focused on personal development, life skills, and goal-setting within a federal program environment at FCI Fort Dix (NJ).

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in education, counseling, coaching, or reentry programs who are passionate about making a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:
  •  Facilitate structured group sessions (life skills, mindset, personal development) 
  •  Engage and motivate participants in a classroom-style setting 
  •  Support program structure and participant progress 
  •  Collaborate with program staff and leadership 
Schedule:
  •  Part-time (approx. 25 hours/week) 
  •  Monday–Friday (daytime hours) 
Qualifications:
  •  Bachelor’s degree (required) 
  •  Experience in: 
    •  Teaching / education 
    •  Counseling or coaching 
    •  Workforce development or reentry programs 
  •  Strong communication and group facilitation skills 
Preferred:
  •  Experience working with adults in structured environments 
  •  Background in behavioral programs or correctional settings 
Compensation:
  •  Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
