We are looking for a responsible and punctual doorman to assist with the cleaning and maintenance of common areas in a residential/commercial property. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Urgent availability is required to begin on Monday, March 30.
Working Hours
- Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Monday: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- Tuesday: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Cleaning of common areas (lobby, corridors, stairs, elevators).
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Remove trash and recycling from designated areas.
- Replace trash bags.
- Clean doors, windows, and glass surfaces.
- Check and remove dust or cobwebs in common areas.
- Keep outdoor areas clean when necessary.
- Report any maintenance issues.
Requirements
- Valid Social Security Number (SSN) or authorization to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Reliable vehicle or transportation (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 pounds
- Be responsible, punctual and attentive to details
- Ability to work independently
