Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented State Farm Field Associate to join our team. This role is primarily sales-focused but also requires providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy office setting and possess a strong drive to close deals and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed company goals
- Provide outstanding service to existing clients to maintain strong relationships
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales and service activities
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- licensed in property and casualty
- Proven ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate approach to helping people, which makes you a great candidate
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
- Prior sales experience preferred but not required
Compensation:
- Base pay plus commission structure
- Your earnings are directly tied to your initiative and ability to close sales
