Up Closets is a new, family-owned custom closet franchise serving the entire state of Delaware. We are looking for a motivated individual to join us as Closet Installer to help build our reputation for excellence from the ground up. As a key member of our early team, you won't just be installing shelving; you’ll be delivering the 'wow factor' that changes how our clients live in their homes.

This is an entry level position where you will work under the direction of an Up Closets lead installer who will provide the training and direction needed to We are looking for a Closet installer who would be focused on growing our business in Sussex County and Coastal Delaware where most of our clients reside.

Up Closets, a leading provider of custom closet solutions is seeking an entry level Closet Installer to join our team. We are looking for someone passionate about creating functional and beautiful spaces that meet each client's unique needs.

Requirements:

Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in closet installations
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Vocational or technical training in carpentry or a related field preferred
Experience with custom carpentry and cabinetry installation a plus

Responsibilities:

Install custom closet systems in clients' homes or businesses according to design specifications
Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
Provide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the installation process
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Collaborate with lead installer and operations manager for successful project outcomes
Follow company policies and procedures related to installation and customer service

Compensation: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
