Landscape Technician - Lead Hand in Training (No Experience Needed)
We are looking for a Field Lead Hand (2nd in Charge) to be the right hand to our Crew Foreperson. This is a role for a superstar who shows up every single day with a great attitude and is ready to work.
No experience? No problem. If you are reliable, punctual, and love working outdoors, we will train you.
The Role:
- Support the Boss: You are the backup for the Foreperson. If they are away, you step up.
- The Work: High-end gardening, mowing, hedging, and pruning
- Winter Warrior: This is a year-round career. You’ll handle snow plowing and salting during the winter months.
Who You Are:
- Reliable: You are on-site and ready to go at 7:00 am sharp.
- Driven: You have a valid driver’s license and a clean record.
- Physically Fit: You’re happy to get your hands dirty and can lift 50 lbs.
- Positive: You have a "can-do" attitude and do the right thing when no one is looking.
