Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
  • Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
  • Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
  • Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Our agency opened in June 2008 and is a close-knit, high-performing team of five. With a background in agriculture and sales, I bring a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset into the way we serve our customers and support our team.

I’m a graduate of Purdue University and have been married for 42 years. I’m proud of my family, which includes four children and five grandchildren. Throughout my career, I’ve been honored as a four-time Chairman’s Circle qualifier and a President’s Club recipient, reflecting a consistent commitment to excellence.

We stay connected to the community through involvement in initiatives like local community gardens and other outreach efforts.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
