Responsibilities:
  1. Develops, maintains, and/or delivers training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards.
  2. Provides lesson plans / presentations / curricula in support of educational goals and maintains material within the assigned educational system (i.e. AGILE, Training Development Capability (TDC), etc.).
  3. Reviews emerging policy and doctrine publications, provides feedback, and assesses for incorporation into training products.
  4. Develops / maintains training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the Government.
Minimum Qualification:
  • Meets all qualifications of a senior, plus: 5 years drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum IAW TRADOC and Army standards.
  • Demonstrated experience instructing and conducting training for military audiences.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree with 10 years of demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline in DoD or the IC within the last 15 years, OR
  • Associate's degree with 12 years of experience
Clearance: Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph.
