Job Overview
As a Professional Mover at Pink Zebra Moving, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers. You’ll be responsible for packing, loading, transporting, and unloading items with care, while delivering exceptional customer service and embodying our fun, vibrant brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load and unload furniture, boxes, and other household items onto and off of trucks.
- Wrap and protect furniture and other items to prevent damage during transport.
- Handle customer belongings with the utmost care and professionalism.
- Provide friendly and proactive communication with customers throughout the moving process.
- Maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations, to make moving day enjoyable for clients.
- Drive moving trucks (if eligible and assigned).
- Follow company protocols and safety procedures at all times.
- Represent Pink Zebra Moving’s brand values by delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Able to work on your feet for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license preferred (required for driving roles).
- Must pass a nationwide background check and any required drug screenings.
