iQuasar, LLC is seeking an experienced Communications Network Engineer – Skill Level 3 to support mission-critical network infrastructure and telecommunications systems. One of our clients in Fort Meade, MD needs a Communications Network Engineer for a contract position.
- Position: Communications Network Engineer
- Location: Fort Meade, MD
- Clearance: TS/SCI with FSP (Maryland Clearance)
- Travel: 10%
Responsibilities:
- Monitors, analyzes, and troubleshoots hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manages global network performance and configurations.
- Performs LAN, CAN, and WAN administration and resolves incidents.
- Translates business needs into telecommunications requirements (LAN, CAN, WAN, Voice, Video).
- Coordinates installation, maintenance, and performance issues.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in network engineering.
- Master’s degree in engineering or Bachelor’s degree with 4 additional years of experience.
