Family Law Firm of 2 Attorneys is seeking an experienced Contract Family Law Attorney to work remotely and make occasional court appearances, also remotely, in the SF Bay area and Sacramento Courts.
This is an Independent Contractor position where you would work 10-15 hours per week. Hourly rate is $175-$200 per hour for an experienced Family Law Attorney.
Qualified Candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of Family Law experience, be able to draft legal documents in Family Law, manage discovery and depositions, engage in and work with experts.
